About this Course

Aqua Yoga is a fun and gentle form of stretching and strengthening performed in a warm pool where joints are supported, range of motion is maximized and resistance helps strengthen muscles. You will perform balance, breath work, centering and flowing movements, and stationary strengthening and stretching postures for maximum health benefits. You don't need to go under the water or know how to swim. Class is held in shallow water. This class is open to ages 18 and up. NO CLASS ON 05-OCT-2024.
