About this Course

In this class we explore the ancient Japanese art of Shibori Tie Dying. This class will provide a brief history of the art form as well as present day examples. Students will be introduced to the materials needed and there will be ample time to practice basic techniques of folding, binding and clamping using multiple dye baths for immersion and surface painting. All materials and supplies included.
