About this Course

This 4-class intro is in response to requests to learn at a slower pace & ease into martial arts with no belts or gradings. Come to learn or relearn martial arts history and techniques with a great group of like-minded people Great for past martial artists. Free uniform if you register with the dojo after introduction.
