About this Course

Learn about strategies and problem solving for starting solids and improving your feeding relationship with your child. Our dietitian will share current best practices and nutrition recommendations tailored for your family. Set your child up for a lifetime of easting success. No child minding is available. Program will be held at the Nanaimo Association for Community Living (NACL), located at 82 Victoria Cres. No refunds within 5 days of the program starting.
