About this Course

This Yoga class is fantastic for kids ages 4-10 years. Kids yoga assists children in their focus skills, teaches self awareness, builds self esteem, self respect, and is overall empowering. Give the gift of Yoga. Parent participation is not required; please provide child with yoga mat.
